What to Expect
The 2025 ONE Conference will take place at the beautiful Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.
The Conference begins at 3:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, January 29. We'll enjoy informative general and breakout sessions, team building and networking opportunities. The event will conclude Friday evening with the 2024 Awards Banquet to celebrate your hard work and success this year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. If you make arrangements soon, the negotiated room rate will be available for up to three days before or three days after the Conference for you to spend some extra time in Orlando.
Yes. You must pay for their travel as well as the extra rooming fee for a single room (approximately $550) for the duration of the Conference plus any hotel charges for extra days. Please keep in mind that you will be very busy Wednesday through Friday including evening events. Spouses are not included in organized meals or activities (including the Awards Banquet).
Yes. When you register, you will be given the option to indicate your preferred roommate. If you do, please be sure that they also indicate you as their preferred roommate. With the exception of certain Leadership positions, Chadwell Supply employees are assigned double sleeping rooms (with a roommate). Space permitting, you will have the option to pay the difference for your own room (approximately $550).
Yes. If you choose to drive, the maximum mileage reimbursement will be equal to the average flight cost (Exact amount TBD).
Plan to dress in business casual attire for all events except the final Awards Banquet which is semi-formal. Meeting rooms may be cold.
Bring your iPad which you will need for breakout sessions.

In late January, Orlando, Florida is usually cold and dry, with average highs of 71°F and lows of 50°F. Temperatures can vary, and the wind can make low temperatures feel even colder. All organized events will be indoor but meeting rooms can be chilly.
Yes. For those flying into Orlando, transportation will be provided to and from the Orlando International Airport. For those arriving by car, parking information will be provided as well.
All rooms have a mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
No! Guests staying at the Gaylord are welcome to use the fitness center and amenities.
